(1) As far as the land acquired in endowment is used for household purposes, it will be registered in the name of such person in Guthi Raitan number to the extent provided by other prevailing laws. (2) This clause shall not be applicable in the case of land registered in the name of Guthi Raitan No. up to 10 bighas by the Guthi Sansthan with the approval of the Government of Nepal.
